Nicolas Vega Llona is a Principal at Lincolnshire and a member of the firm’s Deal Execution and Diligence team. He is responsible for deal sourcing, evaluation, execution, and portfolio company oversight. Since becoming a Principal, he has played a leading role in the acquisitions of Abbiamo and Banker Wire, where he serves on the board of directors. He works closely with management teams to drive value creation initiatives ranging from evaluating add-on acquisitions and transformative capital projects to enhancing financial infrastructure and optimizing technology platforms.

Prior to joining Lincolnshire, Nicolas served as Director of Corporate Finance and Business Development at Grupo Alese, a diversified Peruvian corporation with operations across automotive, alternative vehicle financing, agro-exports, and real estate. Earlier in his career, he was a Junior Associate at Equitas Partners, a boutique investment bank focused on cross-border, mid-market M&A in Latin America.

Nicolas holds a BA from Universidad del Pacifico (Peru) and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
