Matthew Landolphi joined Lincolnshire in 2022 as a Senior Associate and is a member of the Deal Execution and Diligence Team. As a Principal he is responsible for assisting with the evaluation and execution of potential investments, as well as the management and analysis of liquidity events in Fund IV and V. Matt has helped execute multiple add-on acquisitions for the Remedi8 platform as well as the US Auto Supply (formerly Whitewater Brands) platform investment.

Prior to joining Lincolnshire, Matt served as a Senior Associate in Conway MacKenzie’s Private Fund Services group where he provided portfolio management and advisory services to private capital funds’ stakeholders during periods of fund level transition, recapitalization, restructuring or distress. Previously, Matt was an investment banking Associate at Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P., a full-service investment banking firm.

Matt holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
