George Henry is a Managing Director at Lincolnshire and is on the Investment Committee. George also leads one of the two execution teams. During the ownership phase, his team is actively involved with each portfolio company and continually looking for opportunities to refine and improve existing businesses. During his nearly two decades at Lincolnshire, George has worked on numerous deals in a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 1999, George was an Associate at Bowles Hollowell Conner, a middle-market M&A advisory firm. He previously worked for GAMA Corporation in Washington, D.C. where he developed strategic planning simulations.
George holds an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Darden School of Business at The University of Virginia. He rowed for Harvard and the New York Athletic Club. On weekends he can be found spending time with his wife and two children and enjoys playing tennis and getting out on the water to row.
