T.J. Maloney is President of Lincolnshire Management which he joined in 1993. Prior thereto, he practiced merger, acquisition and securities law in New York City.

He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Boston College and the Board of Trustees of Fordham University. Mr. Maloney has lectured extensively and has served as a guest lecturer at several universities including the Columbia University M.B.A. Program.

Mr. Maloney is a graduate of Boston College (B.A. 1975) and Fordham Law School (J.D. 1979). He is the 2007 recipient of the Richard J. Bennett Memorial Award, presented by Fordham Law School in recognition of corporate leaders with the highest moral standards. Mr. Maloney previously served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the English Speaking Union of the United States and the Board of Trustees of The Tilton School. Mr. Maloney has also served on the Board of Directors of several public and numerous private companies.

Michael J. Lyons is a Senior Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Mr. Lyons began his affiliation with Lincolnshire in 1994 when he was Chief Operating Officer at one of its portfolio companies. Mr. Lyons has significant operating experience, having served as COO for a number of middle market companies involved in the consumer products and printing industries. Mr. Lyons' experience includes the successful execution of several financial recapitalizations and operational restructurings for manufacturing, distribution and service companies. Mr. Lyons started his career as a CPA with PriceWaterhouse.

Mr. Lyons is a graduate of Boston University, summa cum laude, (B.S.B.A. 1981) and Harvard University (M.B.A. 1988).

Vineet Pruthi is a Senior Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 1999, Mr. Pruthi was Chief Financial Officer of Credentials Services International, a Lincolnshire Equity Fund I Portfolio Company and one of Lincolnshire's most successful portfolio investments. Mr. Pruthi is a Chartered Accountant and a seasoned finance professional whose background includes experience in high growth situations, turnarounds and start-ups. His industry experience includes wholesale and retail trades, international operations, direct marketing subscription services, pharmaceutical and fashion industries.

Mr. Pruthi is a graduate of BombayUniversity (B.S. 1964) and Rutgers University (M.B.A 1981).

George J. Henry is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 1999, Mr. Henry was an Associate at Bowles Hollowell Conner, a middle market merger and acquisition advisory firm that is a division of First Union Corporation. Previously, Mr. Henry worked for GAMA Corporation where he developed strategic planning simulations.

Mr. Henry is a graduate of Harvard University (B.A. 1991) and the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at The University of Virginia (M.B.A. 1996).

Allan D.L. Weinstein is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 1994, Mr. Weinstein was a Senior Credit Analyst at Fleet Bank, a member of Fleet Financial Group. In addition to his other responsibilities at Lincolnshire, Mr. Weinstein served as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Credentials Services International, Inc. and was instrumental in its turnaround.

Mr. Weinstein is a graduate of Vassar College (B.A. 1992).

Katherine A. Lehman is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2001, Ms. Lehman was an Associate at Conifer Capital Group, a private equity firm focused on the small to middle market. Her previous experience includes working in the investment banking divisions of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where she focused on sell-side transactions, management buyouts and private placements of equity and debt.

Ms. Lehman is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (B.S. 1997) and of Columbia Business School, where she was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma (M.B.A. 2004).

Mr. McLaughlin is a graduate of Bucknell University, cum laude (B.A. 1976), and Cornell Law School (J.D. 1980).

Michael Forlenza is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2001, Mr. Forlenza was a Senior Manager with Andersen Consulting's Strategic Services division. While at Andersen, Mr. Forlenza assisted multinational corporations in strategic planning and operational improvements. Previously, Mr. Forlenza purchased a small/middle market vending equipment distributorship and implemented a financial turnaround as its CEO. He sold the company after quadrupling the investment value in 3 years. Mr. Forlenza started his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Forlenza is a graduate of Drake University (B.S.B.A. 1984), and Columbia University (M.B.A. 1988).

James G. Binch is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in early 2007, Mr. Binch was President and CEO of Memry Corporation, a publicly traded medical component manufacturer, for nearly fifteen years. Previously, Mr. Binch was an operating group executive with Combustion Engineering and then founded a boutique merchant bank. He started his career with Cresap, McCormick & Paget Inc., a general management consulting firm.

Mr. Binch is a graduate of Princeton University, cum laude (BScE 1970) and the Wharton School, magna cum laude (MBA 1972).

John Perrachon is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Mr. Perrachon was President & CEO of TouchTunes Music Corporation. Previously, Mr. Perrachon was CEO of De Agostini Atlas Editions. Mr. Perrachon spent ten years with Bertelsmann first as Vice-President, Finance and Administration for BMG Music, then Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer for BMG Direct and President of BMG Direct (Canada).  Mr. Perrachon joined the RCA Corporation in 1980 as a Member of Technical Staff at the world-renowned David Sarnoff Research Center.

Mr. Perrachon earned a Master of Science in Engineering (1978) from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA (1983) from the Wharton School of Business.

Richard Huo is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. He is an experienced investment professional with deep expertise in strategy, operations and project implementation in China and provides business development insights to Lincolnshire portfolio companies expanding into Asia. Prior to working with Lincolnshire, Mr. Huo worked at Cogent International, Inc. where he was the Vice President of Business Development for one of the premier semiconductor test and assembly houses in China.  From 2000 to 2001 Mr. Huo was Chief Operating Officer of Star-Village.Com Corp. an online consumer and professional entertainment portal for the global Chinese community.  Additionally, Mr. Huo implemented the startup of manufacturing and sales operations in China for the telecom power supply company Transdev Electronics.

Charles C. Mills is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire on a part-time basis in 1996 while attending Columbia Business School, Mr. Mills was a sales representative for Putnam Investments. Earlier, he was an officer at American Express Bank in Hong Kong where he was responsible for managing the assets of high net worth individuals located in the Philippines, Singapore and Indonesia.

Mr. Mills is a graduate of St. Lawrence University (B.A. 1990) and Columbia University (M.B.A. 1997.)

Michael C. Lee is a Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2001, Mr. Lee was an Associate at Wachovia Capital, the private equity subsidiary of Wachovia Corporation. While at Wachovia Capital, Mr. Lee was actively involved in the execution of private equity investments.

Mr. Lee graduated from Princeton University, magna cum laude (B.A. 1998).

Adam Pelzman is a Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire , Mr. Pelzman managed Pelzman & Company, LLC, a corporate investigations firm that he founded in 2003.  Previously, he was the founder of M31 Ventures, LLC, a technology-focused venture capital fund, and he worked with Marsh & McLennan's private equity group.  Mr. Pelzman started his career as a corporate associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
 
Mr. Pelzman received a B.A. in Russian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law.

Nicolo Vergani is a Principal of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2003, Mr. Vergani was a corporate associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York and London where he worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions, including private equity transactions, as well as private placements and public securities offerings.

Mr. Vergani graduate summa cum laude from the University of Milan (J.D. 1996) and received his LL.M. from the University of California at Berkeley (1999).

Philip Kim is a Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2003, Mr. Kim was an Associate at Knickerbocker LLC, a private investment management firm, where he was primarily involved in the execution and management of private equity investments.

Mr. Kim is a graduate of Harvard University, cum laude (B.A. 1998).

Kevin A. Nappi is the Controller of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2005, Mr. Nappi was the Controller for Hampshire Equity Partners, a private equity investment firm. His previous experience also includes serving as the Domestic Cash Equities’ controller at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., where he worked closely with its team of trading professionals. Mr. Nappi began his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen LLP, in their Audit and Business Assurance practice.

Mr. Nappi is a graduate of Villanova University,
magna cum laude (B.S. 1996).

Brian Nethercott joined LMI in 2011 and serves as a member of the Deal Origination Team. Before joining LMI, Mr. Nethercott was a Managing Director of business development with Valens Capital Management. Prior to joining Valens, Mr. Nethercott was Vice President of Investment Banking with Valufinder Group, Inc. Previously, Mr. Nethercott was a Vice President of Asset Management with Smith Barney, managing equity and fixed income portfolios. Mr. Nethercott began his career in New York with Goldman Sachs.
 
Mr. Nethercott has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the Syracuse University, Whitman School of Management.

Douglas D. Bryan is an Associate at Lincolnshire. Mr. Bryan is responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities and providing support in the ongoing portfolio management process. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2003, Mr. Bryan worked at Trainer Wortham & Company in security analysis.

Mr. Bryan is a graduate of Rollins College (B.A. 2002).

Rick Sullivan is a Principal at Lincolnshire. Mr. Sullivan is responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities and providing support in the ongoing portfolio management process.

Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of Indiana University and the Kelley School of Business (B.S. 2004).

Orin McCluskey is the Manager and General Partner of The Windrush Fund, L.P., a long/short public equity fund.  Prior to joining LMI in September 2010, he was the President of Equity Value Ventures, an investment management firm. He has had over twenty years of experience managing or co-managing public equity funds after a career in government and law.

Mr. McCluskey received his B.A. from Yale University and his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law. He is a trustee of The Lehman College Foundation, a member of the Dean’s Planning Council of Fordham Law School, and has served on numerous boards of private and charitable organizations.

Andrew Dayton is an Analyst at Lincolnshire.  Mr. Dayton is responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities and providing support in the ongoing portfolio management process.  Prior to joining Lincolnshire, Mr. Dayton was an analyst in Deutsche Bank’s Health Care Investment Banking group, where he focused on M&A and capital raising transactions. Mr. Dayton is also a co-founder of the Youth Education Fund, a non-profit fundraising organization in New York.
 
Mr. Dayton graduated from Princeton University (B.A. 2006) with a degree in Political Economy and a Certificate in Finance.

Jonathan Soffer is an Associate at Lincolnshire.  Mr. Soffer is responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities and providing support in the ongoing portfolio management process.  Prior to joining Lincolnshire, Mr. Soffer was an Analyst at CC Industries, a privately held industrial holding company, where he evaluated acquisition opportunities and worked with portfolio company managers on numerous projects.
 
Mr. Soffer is a graduate of the University of Illinois (B.S. 2006) and of Columbia Business School (M.B.A. 2011).

Melissa Green is an Analyst at Lincolnshire.  Ms. Green is responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities and providing support in the ongoing portfolio management process.

Kerri McNicholas is an Analyst at Lincolnshire.  Ms. McNicholas is responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities and providing support in the ongoing portfolio management process. Prior to joining Lincolnshire, Ms. McNicholas was a summer analyst in Goldman Sachs’ sales and trading program, where she focused on fixed income securities. Ms. McNicholas is also a junior board member of Pro Mujer, a Latin American non-profit microfinance organization headquartered in New York.

Ms. McNicholas graduated from Boston College and the Carroll School of Management Honors Program, cum laude (B.S. 2009) with a degree in Finance.

William M. Buttrick is the Communications Director at Lincolnshire. In addition to oveseeing the marketing and branding efforts, Mr. Buttrick assists in deal origination. Prior to joining Lincolnshire, Mr. Butttrick was a Multimedia Producer for MLB Advanced Media. Prior to that he directed music research for advertising, television and film at Signature Sound and Sound Market. He serves on the steering committee for the Boston College Center for Asset Management.

Mr. Buttrick graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy.

Thomas R. Callahan is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Previously he was Executive Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets at HSBC Securities (USA), the investment banking arm of HSBC, where he was also a member of the private equity investment committee. At HSBC Mr. Callahan's capital market experience spanned a number of years and encompassed numerous transactions. Under Mr. Callahan's direction, HSBC acted as lead agent for the capital raising for LEF II. He also served as Treasurer of The China Fund, Inc., listed on the NYSE, from its inception until 2001.

Mr. Callahan is a graduate of Harvard College (A.B. 1969).

Ottavio Serena di Lapigio is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Mr. Serena has extensive experience in leveraged acquisitions as a principal investor, institutional sponsor and fiduciary. Most of Mr. Serena's career has been in commercial and investment banking. Mr. Serena's prior business experience has been with Citicorp Venture Capital, Bankers Trust Company and J.P. Morgan & Co.

Mr. Serena graduated from the Universita' degli Studi di Roma, with a degree in business economics, summa cum laude, (M.S. 1976). He is fluent in four
languages, a U.S. and Italian citizen and served as
a second lieutenant in the Carabineri division of the
Italian armed forces.

Edwin A. Moss is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire and manages the Los Angeles office. Mr. Moss has 20 years of private equity experience, most recently with Mellon Ventures where he focused on middle market transactions in the West. In addition, he was a founding partner of Kline Hawkes & Co. and a Senior Vice President of Bank of America’s private equity group. Prior to entering private equity, Mr. Moss was an executive with the Times Mirror Corporation. He has served as a director of eleven companies.

Mr. Moss is a graduate of Williams College (B.A. 1974) and Yale University (M.B.A. 1980).

Pieter Kodde joined LMI as a Managing Director in July 2005 and serves as a member of the Origination Team. Before joining LMI, Mr. Kodde was Managing Director of the Financial Sponsors Group for North America at Rabobank International, one of the world’s largest agribusiness lenders, focused on offering specialized products and services for the food, beverage and agribusiness sectors. Mr. Kodde was responsible
for arranging financing for approximately fifty buy-out transactions in the food and beverage industry. Mr. Kodde is regarded as a highly experienced investment professional with expertise in the food and beverage industries. Prior to joining Rabobank, Mr. Kodde was with ABN in Brazil in Treasury and Corporate Finance.

Mr. Kodde is a graduate of HES Amsterdam School of Business (1987) in the Netherlands.

William Hall is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire and a member of the Origination Team. Mr. Hall began his affiliation with Lincolnshire in 1992 and was founder, President and CEO of Sight and Sound Distributing Company, a national audio and video software distributor to major retail chains worldwide. He has had a long and prominent career in the music and film entertainment field and has been an officer of companies such a Warner Brothers and Capitol Records.

Mr. Hall is a graduate of Michigan State University (1954) and Wayne State University (1955).

Patrick Coyne is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire and manages the firm’s Atlanta office. Prior to joining Lincolnshire, Mr.Coyne served as VP of Corporate Development for GWB USA, Inc., the US division of Gartland Whalley and Barker (GWB) plc. a publicly held investment company in the UK which acquires and consolidates middle-market businesses. While at GWB, Coyne identified investment opportunities, structured and negotiated deals, assisted in the due diligence process for a number of transactions and provided oversight of the portfolio companies. Prior to GWB, Mr. Coyne worked in the Financial Advisory Services group at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Coyne is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a graduate of Rutgers University (B.S. 1989) and the Terry College of Business, University of Georgia (M.B.A. 1994).

Nicholas Nedeau is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire and manages the firm’s Chicago office. Prior to joining Lincolnshire, Mr. Nedeau served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel at Stepan Company, a $1 billion specialty chemical company. While at Stepan Company, Nedeau was responsible for structuring acquisitions, managing divestures and for a joint venture in renewable fuels. Previously, Nedeau was the Assistant General Counsel for UOP LLC/Honeywell, a leading international supplier and licensor of process technology and catalysts to the petroleum refining, petrochemical and gas processing industries.  His responsibilities included managing licensing and intellectual property agreements with entities in Asia.

Mr. Nedeau is a graduate of Michigan State University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School.

Angela Lu is an Associate at Lincolnshire. Ms. Lu is responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities and providing support in the ongoing portfolio management process. Prior to joining Lincolnshire, Ms. Lu was an Assistant Vice President in JPMorgan’s TSS Mergers & Acquisitions group, where she focused on buy-side and sell-side transactions within the treasury and securities services industry. Previously, Ms. Lu was an Analyst in UBS Investment Bank’s Mergers & Acquisitions group.

Ms. Lu graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude (B.S. 2008) with concentrations in Finance and Management.
 

Matthew Perlstein is an Analyst at Lincolnshire. Mr. Perlstein is responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities and providing support in the ongoing portfolio management process.

Mr. Perlstein graduated from Boston College, magna cum laude (B.A. 2009) with a degree in Philosophy.

Charlie Hill-Wood is primarily involved in the execution and management of investments. After graduating from Oxford University in 1999, Mr. Hill-Wood worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in London before undertaking his MBA at IESE Business School in Barcelona. Pursuant to this he co-founded a corporate finance advisory business and worked for the Qatari sovereign wealth fund, focusing on real estate investments. He joined Lincolnshire in September 2011.
