mal T.J. Maloney is President of Lincolnshire Management, Inc. Prior to becoming President of Lincolnshire in 1998, Mr. Maloney served as a Managing Director of Lincolnshire beginning in 1993. Prior thereto, he practiced merger, acquisition and securities law. Mr. Maloney serves on the board of directors of a number of companies. He is a member of the Board of Trustees and the finance committee of The Tilton School, a member of The Dean’s Planning Council at Fordham University School of Law, a member of the Board of Directors of The English-Speaking Union of The United States and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Boston College Center for Asset Management.

He has lectured extensively and has served as a guest lecturer to the Columbia University M.B.A. Program. Mr. Maloney is a graduate of Boston College (B.A. 1976) and Fordham Law School (J.D. 1979).
ly Michael J. Lyons is a Senior Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Mr. Lyons began his affiliation with Lincolnshire in 1994 when he was Chief Operating Officer at one of its portfolio companies. Mr. Lyons has significant operating experience, having served as COO for a number of middle market companies involved in the consumer products and printing industries. Mr. Lyons' experience includes the successful execution of several financial recapitalizations and operational restructurings for manufacturing, distribution and service companies. Mr. Lyons started his career as a CPA with PriceWaterhouse.

Mr. Lyons is a graduate of Boston University, summa cum laude, (B.S.B.A. 1981) and Harvard University (M.B.A. 1988).

ba Douglas H. Bagin is a Senior Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire, Mr. Bagin completed numerous private equity investments as President and COO of The Maine Merchant Bank, LLC, a private equity firm focused on small to middle market companies, and as a Partner at Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Co., Inc., a New York based private equity firm. Mr. Bagin has served in a number of operating roles during his career, including 12 years as CEO of Maine Rubber International and Executive Vice President of Free State Industries. Mr. Bagin began his career as a commercial lending officer at Manufacturer's Hanover Trust.

Mr. Bagin is a graduate of Stetson University (B.A. 1970) and Fordham University (M.B.A. 1974).

pr Vineet Pruthi is a Senior Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 1999, Mr. Pruthi was Chief Financial Officer of Credentials Services International, a Lincolnshire Equity Fund I Portfolio Company and one of Lincolnshire's most successful portfolio investments. Mr. Pruthi is a Chartered Accountant and a seasoned finance professional whose background includes experience in high growth situations, turnarounds and start-ups. Mr. Pruthi's industry experience includes wholesale and retail trades, international operations, direct marketing subscription services, pharmaceutical and fashion industries.

Mr. Pruthi is a graduate of Bombay University (B.S. 1964) and Rutgers University (M.B.A 1981).

ca Thomas R. Callahan is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Previously he was Executive Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets at HSBC Securities (USA), the investment banking arm of HSBC, where he was also a member of the private equity investment committee. At HSBC Mr. Callahan's capital market experience spanned a number of years and encompassed numerous transactions. Under Mr. Callahan's direction, HSBC acted as lead agent for the capital raising for LEF II. He also served as Treasurer of The China Fund, Inc., listed on the NYSE, from its inception until 2001.

Mr. Callahan is a graduate of Harvard College (A.B. 1969).

he George J. Henry is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 1999, Mr. Henry was an Associate at Bowles Hollowell Conner, a middle market merger and acquisition advisory firm that is a division of First Union Corporation. Previously, Mr. Henry worked for GAMA Corporation where he developed strategic planning simulations.

Mr. Henry is a graduate of Harvard University (B.A. 1991), where he was Captain of the Varsity Heavyweight Crew Team, and the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at The University of Virginia (M.B.A. 1996).

we Allan D.L. Weinstein is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 1994, Mr. Weinstein was a Senior Credit Analyst at Fleet Bank, a member of Fleet Financial Group. In addition to his other responsibilities at Lincolnshire, Mr. Weinstein served as a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Credentials Services International, Inc. and was instrumental in its turnaround.

Mr. Weinstein is a graduate of Vassar College (B.A. 1992).

James McLaughlin is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in May 2005, Mr. McLaughlin was a partner in the global law firm, Pillsbury Winthrop LLP. Mr. McLaughlin has 25 years of experience in structuring and executing merger, acquisition, and leveraged buyout transactions across a broad range of financial services, consumer products, food products, manufacturing and service industries.
Mr. McLaughlin is a graduate of Bucknell University, cum laude (B.A. 1976), and Cornell Law School (J.D. 1980).

fo Michael Forlenza is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2001, Mr. Forlenza was a Senior Manager with Andersen Consulting's Strategic Services division. While at Andersen, Mr. Forlenza assisted multinational corporations in strategic planning and operational improvements. Previously, Mr. Forlenza purchased a small/middle market vending equipment distributorship and implemented a financial turnaround as its CEO. He sold the company after quadrupling the investment value in 3 years. Mr. Forlenza started his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Forlenza is a graduate of Drake University (B.S.B.A. 1984), and Columbia University (M.B.A. 1988).

James G. Binch is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in early 2007, Mr. Binch was President and CEO of Memry Corporation, a publicly traded medical component manufacturer, for nearly fifteen years. Previously, Mr. Binch was an operating group executive with Combustion Engineering and then founded a boutique merchant bank. He started his career with Cresap, McCormick & Paget Inc., a general management consulting firm.

Mr. Binch is a graduate of Princeton University, cum laude (BScE 1970) and the Wharton School, magna cum laude (MBA 1972).

Richard Huo , a Managing Director of Lincolnshire, is an experienced investment professional with deep expertise in strategy, operations and project implementation in China and provides business development insights to Lincolnshire portfolio companies expanding into Asia. Prior to working with Lincolnshire, Mr. Huo worked at Cogent International, Inc. where he was the Vice President of Business Development for one of the premier semiconductor test and assembly houses in China.  From 2000 to 2001 Mr. Huo was Chief Operating Officer of Star-Village.Com Corp. an online consumer and professional entertainment portal for the global Chinese community.  Additionally, Mr. Huo implemented the startup of manufacturing and sales operations in China for the telecom power supply company Transdev Electronics.

Charles C. Mills is a Director of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire on a part-time basis in 1996 while attending Columbia Business School, Mr. Mills was a sales representative for Putnam Investments. Earlier, he was an officer at American Express Bank in Hong Kong where he was responsible for managing the assets of high net worth individuals located in the Philippines, Singapore and Indonesia.

Mr. Mills is a graduate of St. Lawrence University (B.A. 1990) and Columbia University (M.B.A. 1997).

lee Michael C. Lee is a Principal of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2001, Mr. Lee was an Associate at Wachovia Capital, the private equity subsidiary of Wachovia Corporation. While at Wachovia Capital, Mr. Lee was actively involved in the execution of private equity investments.

Mr. Lee graduated from Princeton University, magna cum laude (B.A. 1998).

leh Katherine A. Lehman is a Principal of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2001, Ms. Lehman was an Associate at Conifer Capital Group, a private equity firm focused on the small to middle market. Her previous experience includes working in the investment banking divisions of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where she focused on sell-side transactions, management buyouts and private placements of equity and debt.

Ms. Lehman is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (B.S. 1997) and of Columbia Business School, where she was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma (M.B.A. 2004).

ver Nicolo Vergani is a Principal of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2003, Mr. Vergani was a corporate associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York and London where he worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions, including private equity transactions, as well as private placements and public securities offerings.

kim Philip Kim is an Associate of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2003, Mr. Kim was an Associate at Knickerbocker LLC, a private investment management firm, where he was primarily involved in the execution and management of private equity investments.

kn Kevin A. Nappi is the Controller of Lincolnshire. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2005, Mr. Nappi was the Controller for Hampshire Equity Partners, a private equity investment firm. His previous experience also includes serving as the Domestic Cash Equities’ controller at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., where he worked closely with its team of trading professionals. Mr. Nappi began his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen LLP, in their Audit and Business Assurance practice.

Mr. Nappi is a graduate of Villanova University, magna cum laude (B.S. 1996).

ja Thomas W. Janes is Managing Director of Lincolnshire and is the head of Lincolnshire's Boston office. Mr. Janes, with 20 years of investment banking and private equity experience, previously was the Managing General Partner of Boston Capital Private Equity Partners and a co-founder and Managing Director of Triumph Capital Group. Mr. Janes extensive private equity experience includes serving as a senior member of a private equity team that successfully sourced, invested, and achieved realizations in investment funds with approximately $900 million in private equity capital under management. Mr. Janes' business experience includes mergers and acquisition and corporate finance transactions while serving as an investment banker with Drexel Burnham, First Boston, and Lazard Freres & Co. Mr. Janes has served as a director of numerous public and private companies.

Mr. Janes is a graduate of Harvard College, Cum Laude (B.A. 1977) and Harvard Business School (M.B.A 1981).

se Ottavio Serena di Lapigio is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Mr. Serena has extensive experience in leveraged acquisitions as a principal investor, institutional sponsor and fiduciary. Most of Mr. Serena's career has been in commercial and investment banking. Mr. Serena's prior business experience has been with Citicorp Venture Capital, Bankers Trust Company and J.P. Morgan & Co.

Mr. Serena graduated from the Universita' degli Studi di Roma, with a degree in business economics, summa cum laude, (M.S. 1976). He is fluent in four languages, a U.S. and Italian citizen and served as a second lieutenant in the Carabineri division of the Italian armed forces.

mo Edwin A. Moss is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire and manages the Los Angeles office. Mr. Moss has 20 years of private equity experience, most recently with Mellon Ventures where he focused on middle market transactions in the West. In addition, he was a founding partner of Kline Hawkes & Co. and a Senior Vice President of Bank of America’s private equity group. Prior to entering private equity, Mr. Moss was an executive with the Times Mirror Corporation. He has served as a director of eleven companies.

Mr. Moss is a graduate of Williams College (B.A. 1974) and Yale University (M.B.A. 1980).

Pieter Kodde, joined LMI as a Managing Director in July 2005 and serves as a member of the Origination Team. Before joining LMI, Mr. Kodde was Managing Director of the Financial Sponsors Group for North America at Rabobank International, headquartered in New York. Rabobank is one of the world’s largest agribusiness lenders. Rabobank International focuses on offering specialized products and services for the food, beverage and agribusiness sectors. While at Rabobank, Mr. Kodde was responsible for arranging financing for approximately fifty buy-out transactions in the food and beverage industry. Mr. Kodde is regarded as a highly experienced investment professional with considerable expertise in the food and beverage industries. Prior to joining Rabobank in 1993, Mr. Kodde was with ABN in Brazil in Treasury and Corporate Finance.

Mr. Kodde is a graduate of HES Amsterdam School of Business (1987) in the Netherlands.

William Hall, is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire and a member of the Origination Team. Mr. Hall began his affiliation with Lincolnshire in 1992 and was founder, President and CEO of Sight and Sound Distributing Company, a national audio and video software distributor to major retail chains worldwide. He has had a long and prominent career in in the music and film entertainment field and has been an officer of companies such a Warner Brothers and Capitol Records.

Mr. Hall is a graduate of Michigan State University (1954) and Wayne State University (1955).

co Patrick Coyne is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire and manages the firm’s Atlanta office. Prior to joining Lincolnshire, Mr.Coyne served as Vice President of Corporate Development for GWB USA, Inc., the US division of Gartland Whalley and Barker (GWB) plc. GWB is a publicly held investment company in the UK which acquires and consolidates middle-market businesses. While at GWB, Coyne identified investment opportunities, structured and negotiated deals, assisted in the due diligence process for a number of transactions and provided oversight of the portfolio companies. Prior to GWB, Mr. Coyne worked in the Financial Advisory Services group at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Coyne is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a graduate of Rutgers University (B.S. 1989) and the Terry College of Business, University of Georgia (M.B.A. 1994).
co Nicholas Nedeau is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire and manages the firm’s Chicago office. Prior to joining Lincolnshire, Mr. Nedeau served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel at Stepan Company, a $1 billion specialty chemical company. While at Stepan Company, Nedeau was responsible for structuring acquisitions, managing divestures and for a joint venture in renewable fuels. Previously, Nedeau was the Assistant General Counsel for UOP LLC/Honeywell, a leading international supplier and licensor of process technology and catalysts to the petroleum refining, petrochemical and gas processing industries.  Among his responsibilities at UOP LLC/Honeywell was managing licensing and intellectual property agreements with entities in Asia.
